rwserver: error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.3

Reports server failed to start while domain configuration:
$INSTANCE_HOME/diagnostics/logs/ReportsServerComponent/RptSvr_<host>_<inst_name> has console~RptSvr_<hostname>_<inst_name>~1.log file which showed below error:

In our case openmotif22 64-Bit  was NOT installed. 32-Bit was installed.

After installing 64-Bit openmotif22, we were able to start reports server without any issues.
